Project: Working for editor/project manager Robert Kimzey, and with co-author Peter Knobler, identified, fact-checked and double-sourced 400-page manuscript in several stages. The most difficult and controversial statement in the Mayor’s account required establishing as factual that crime in New York City was significantly lowered during Dinkins’s administration.
